All attorneys admitted to practice law in the Supreme Court of the Virgin Islands are required to be members of the Bar. No attorney may practice law in the Virgin Islands in any matter, including appearing for a party at depositions taken in the Virgin Islands in cases filed in the Virgin Islands or appearing before administrative agencies of the Virgin Islands who is not an Regular Member of the Bar. Prior to admission, all individuals desiring to practice law in the Virgin Islands should familiarize themselves with the Rules of the Supreme Court, including, but not limited to the rules which govern professional responsibility, discipline, and establish membership status.
